Scott Cordell is a founder of Hyak360 Partners, LLC, and is the Managing Director of Hyak360 Partners Merger & Acquisition and Business Finance services.

Prior to co-founding Hyak360 Partners, Scott was the President of Vantage Capital Advisors, Inc., an investment banking and corporate finance firm in Bellevue, WA.  At Vantage Capital, Scott was involved in a broad range of buy and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity financing assignments, corporate restructuring, valuation and strategic advisory projects.

Scott has also worked at a leading Seattle M&A firm, with two “Big Five” accounting firms on bankruptcy and corporate finance projects, with a leading economic consulting firm and with EDS in Dallas, TX as a financial analyst.
